NWA Community Cohesion Project (NWACCP) is a website provided and moderated by the Northwest Arkansas Council (“Council”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how the Council collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information of users of this website, www.nwaccp.com (the “Site”). The Council is an Arkansas nonprofit corporation that exists to provide users of the Site with resources and information to further the economic development in Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding region (“Services”).

We respect your information and our goal is to collect as little user information as possible while still providing a quality service to you. Community Cohesion Project exists to celebrate the diversity of Northwest Arkansas and to create a more inclusive and connected environment for all. We receive and store information about both organizations and individuals in a range of ways.
Information You Give Us. We collect information when you submit a listing to our Site – namely your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, website domain name, business information, social media profile handles, identifying images (such as logos or site photographs for a business), and profile information, as well as other information you directly provide on our Site so that we can provide information about your products, services, and events that you want us to provide to the community.
Information We Get From Others. We may get information about you from other sources to further customize your experience, such as updating the website based upon recently viewed posts on the Site. We may add this to information we get from this Site.

The goal of NWA Community Cohesion Project is to provide information on services, organizations, businesses, and events of interest to the users of the Site. If you request that we add your business, event, services, or organization’s information to the Site, this content may also be viewable by other users of this Site.
We do not sell or trade your personal information with others. We may share personal information with third parties for the following reasons:

STORAGE OF INFORMATION
Your information collected through the Site is processed in the United States. International clients have differing needs based on their country of origin and we provide custom storage and processing solutions to meet those requirements.

The NWA Community Cohesion Project Site exists to equip adults with resources, events, and community so they can discover opportunities of interest to them.
