Holocaust Survivor, Pieter Kohnstam

February 11, 2021 @ 5:00 pm 6:00 pm

According to a recent national study, Arkansas students rank last in the nation in their knowledge of the Holocaust. In an effort to combat this, Holocaust Survivor will be speaking to the University of Arkansas to share his testimony as a survivor of the Holocaust. Pieter Kohnstam’s neighbor was Anne Frank, and Kohnstam now volunteers with the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect to carry on her legacy.

RSVP for this incredible event, co-sponsored by: Hillel, Students with Refugees, Graduate and Professional Student Congress (GPSC) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Jewish Studies Program, Residence Interhall Congress (RIC) and the Diversity and Inclusion Student Council (DISC).

This event is open to the public, and folks are encouraged to share this with their networks.

Please join us for this rare opportunity to learn from and engage with a Holocaust Survivor. Go to a website with Kohnstam’s story.
