Looking for a new afterschool stop? Why not try the art studio?

Designed for ages eight through ten, this program is a great way to add more art to your kids’ routines and get them involved in something fun, educational, and creative. We’ll spend time in the galleries learning about art, then head into the studio to flex those creative muscles and create something inspired by the collection. (Don’t worry—we’ll take care of the clean-up!)

This month, we’re focusing on FUNdamentals and gaining new artmaking skills. We’ll practice basic drawing techniques and learn tips and tricks to grow foundational skills. With the confidence and excitement that comes from creative fun, your little artists are sure to find plenty to love here at the museum. And with five miles of trails, expansive galleries, restaurant Eleven, and the nearby coffee bar, you just might too.
